Adult Sunday School: Winter/Spring 2010

Taste and See: January 17, 2010
Come and meet the teachers and hear what they are going to be teaching.

Class Offerings: January 24-June 6

Tom Kingston: The Practice of the Christian Life
Tom will be leading a series of discussions focusing on Jesus’ parable of the sheep and the goats in Matthew 25:31-46. This class will be looking at the importance of obedience and asking, in light of Jesus’ parable, what does God expect from His people and what does that obedience look like?

Art Gott: The Book of Revelation
This class will be an interactive exploration of one of the most important and misunderstood books of the Bible.

Nancy Carter: Basic Christianity
Nancy will be leading a class for women that will discuss John Stott’s classic, Basic Christianity. One chapter a week will be discussed. This is a great class for women who want an excellent introduction to the Christian faith.

Pastor Dan Ledwith: The Westminster Shorter Catechism
Class will cover the questions in the WSC which was written to teach the basics of the Christian faith from the Reformed perspective. This is a good class for new Christians and for those who want to learn how to teach the WSC to their family, small group, or others.

Rich Laflamme: Lessons on Learning to Live Like Jesus
This class will be a book study of Oswald Chamber’s classic, Conformed to His Image. One chapter a week will be discussed.

These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.—Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (NIV)

Adult Sunday School Classes run Sunday mornings 9:00-10:15. Parents, take advantage of the fact that nursery and youth Sunday school is offered at the same time. If you have any questions about these classes please feel free to call Pastor Dan.
