Meeting opened in prayer at 7:40

In attendance: Bill Richards, Sherry Trefry, Mike Sylvester, Ryan Durkee, Pam 

Dawes

1. Mike reports that John Fichera and Bob Lathrop will put  BPC music (choir, 

special music, praise band) on CD to give to Linda for the website.

He spoke with Bob about expanding his personal website to include more BPC 

music. Bob's think about taking his site down. We may want to rotate music on 

the BPC site and not archive.

2. Treasurer report: we are in good shape with our budget to this point.

3. Cantata, 2008:  Bob has talked with the Praise Band about an all Praise Band 

Cantata. There has been positive feedback. This would also involve other 

vocalists and instruments but not the choir.
