Student Ministry

The Byfield Parish Student Ministry exists to glorify God by becoming a
Christ-like family through believing the gospel and sharing it with my
friends, the church and the world.

Sr. High Student Ministry (9th -12th grades)

Sr. High Sunday Morning:
We gather together to learn about our relationship with the Lord, worship
Him and have fun.  For the 2009-2010 school year we'll be looking into
Galatians to learn about living by faith.

Sr. High Mid-Week Cell Groups:
Meets Wednesday (with the exception of the 1st Wednesday of every month)

Groups
is to share our lives with others and care about others as they share
their lives.  The focus for the school year is 1 Timothy and the 10
Commandments.  To find out about where our Cell Groups meet call The Director of Student Ministries, Brendan Gould.

people's life story?  Then this is the place for you.  PH Cafes meet once a

Two big highlights for this month’s schedule:

 1)     Sunday, Dec. 13th at 5:00, we host our fantastically entertaining Christmas event: Christmas Manhunt.  Please bring $5 for the evening’s dinner & snacks.  We’ll also be doing a Yankee Present Swap.  Please purchase or bring an item that is valued or costs less than $5 (please make sure it is wrapped too).  On a side note, this will be my last event with the Sr. High Students before my family and I move back to NY and I would LOVE to hang out with any of the Sr. High students one last time.

The deadline for registering for this year’s Winter Retreat up at Camp Berea (NH) is January 20th.  A $50 deposit is required at this time.  Please make checks payable to Byfield Parish Church.  If finances are a concern, please feel free to contact me and inquire about the possibility of a scholarship
